Upper Bavaria - a cycling paradise

The extensive network of cycle paths in and around Altötting and Mühldorf, puts all of the Inn-Salzach region's many natural and cultural points of interest within easy reach.
Some of our most attractive routes have been conceived as theme paths and are ideal for families.

The Inn-Salzach region is nestled in the Alpine foothills at the intersection of three important long-distance cycling paths:
the Inn Cycle Path, the "Salt Trade Path" and the Traun-Alz Path.

As a result, there are several different opportunities for extended multi-day tours. Starting points and destinations can always, of course, be reached by train!
The region offers regular train service to the main railway hubs in Munich and Salzburg.
